XC609M multi-function multi-purpose CNC system is a new generation CNC system developed by our company. Support milling, boring, tapping, drilling and automatic feeding. It adopts a 32-bit high-performance microprocessor, using real-time multi-tasking control technology and hardware interpolation technology, full linkage, 0.001mm interpolation accuracy, and speed of 12 meters per minute. It is the choice of NC drilling machine, NC milling machine, special machine tool, automation equipment, automatic welding robot, feeding robot, coordinate robot, etc.
XC609M CNC system hardware and software features:
1. Based on the 32-bit microprocessor, full linkage, 0.001mm interpolation accuracy, speed 12 m / min.
2. Can run three programs (1 main program, 2 subroutines), to facilitate processing, feeding, cutting procedures for the preparation.
3. Using 3.5-inch color widescreen LCD, resolution 480X320, Windows interface style. Equipped with five soft function keys, easy to learn. Provide parameter classification, alarm log, system diagnostics and other rich display interfaces, easy debugging and maintenance.
4. Standard G instruction, compatible with FANUC system instructions.
5. 40 G instructions that support drilling cycles, tapping cycles.
6. Part program full-screen editing, built-in 128M massive program space, can store N parts program.
7. With USB interface, support U disk file read and write data backup.
8. Input 24 (expandable to 96) points, output 24 (expandable to 96) points (custom), flexible and convenient.
9. Chinese / English operation interface, complete help information, operation more convenient.
10. The system uses interpolation before acceleration and deceleration control.
11. Support multi-level operation authority, convenient equipment management, with time-limited system lock function.
12. Supports third-party software G code files.
We typically ship in 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). And you will receive your order in 10-15 business days (Mon-Fri). Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.
