Description:

EC300 is a 3-6axis high-performance motion control card based on MACH3 software. Zhongliantuo Numerical Control Co., Ltd. lasted four years of research, development and debugging, and finally upgraded to this version, with stable performance, high control accuracy, and strong anti-interference ability. The maximum output pulse of EC300 is 300Khz, the pulse width is adjustable, and the differential connection can be connected to standard stepper and servo motor drives; EC300 is connected to a computer through a standard Ethernet interface to communicate with MACH3 software, which is the longest compared to the USB interface cable 10 meters of communication, the maximum connection line of Ethernet communication can reach 100 meters, which is more conducive to the configuration and arrangement of the customer's machine, and the anti-interference ability of the Ethernet interface is stronger; the communication with the computer adopts the Ethernet method, which can be directly connected with the network cable Or router transit.

EC300 numerical control system adopts ARM design framework, ARM completes parts including communication, code analysis, underlying algorithm and control pulse generation. The design is reasonable, the control is reliable, and the operation is convenient.

6) 1 analog output port of 0-10V adjustable speed for spindle (can change to PWM output port);

7) ARM motion control chip;

8) Compatible with Standard MPG and also Digital Dream MPG.
