Introduction:

This system is based on the RDC6442U platform, and the dual coordinate system and double beams work synchronously, which greatly improves the processing efficiency.

Supports up to 8 axes. With rich laser interface and external IO resources. A wide range of external accessories is available.

Function Description:
1. Ethernet (10 / 100M) and USB2.0 transmission, the controller automatically queries the communication mode;
2. True color TFT screen, which can display true color processing graphics on the panel, and can accurately know the coordinate position of laser head processing on the panel;
3. The status bar can indicate the border size of the current file, the network connection status, etc.
4. The file graphics saved in the memory can be previewed on the panel, and the speed of swiping the screen is unmatched by domestic manufacturers;
5. Dynamic display of processing trajectory and coordinate points;
6. Dynamically display the processing progress bar of the entire graphic;
7. The processing parameters (such as speed, power, etc.) of each layer can be directly modified on the operation panel, and the modified layer parameters can be automatically saved for subsequent use (this function cannot be implemented by other manufacturers) ;
8. Support power-off and continuous carving, working hours preview (accurate to the millisecond level, the working hours preview value is exactly the same as the actual work time, this function cannot be achieved by other manufacturers);
9. Support for feeding, lifting, rotary engraving, left and right push plate and other functions;
