1. An exhaust device must be installed on the case shell, and there must be ventilation holes on the case to ensure that the air inside and outside the case can circulate and the heat can be discharged from the case in time to ensure good heat dissipation performance of the laser. Water-cooled lasers do not require ventilation.
2. The front and rear plates of the laser are the laser mirror holders, which should not have any hard contact with other parts such as the frame, otherwise it will cause damage to the laser. A soft material can be used to contact the end plate to seal the optical path to protect the laser window mirror.
3. The thickness of the mounting base plate of the fixed laser should not be less than 10mm to prevent the impact of vibration on the optical path of the laser when the equipment is working.
Power Selection and Connection:
1. The power supply of CR60 laser should use DC switching power supply, DC voltage is 48V, and current should not be less than 20A.
2. The connecting wire between the power supply and the laser is larger than 4mm2, and the positive and negative poles must not be reversed, otherwise the laser will be damaged.
Control Signal Connection:
CR60 laser uses pulse width modulation signal (PWM) to control laser power output. The low-level voltage range of the PWM signal should be 0-0.5V (laser off); the high-level voltage range should be 3.5-5V (laser on). The laser power can be controlled by the duty cycle of the PWM signal. The PWM signal is controlled by Provided by external control card, PWM signal modulation frequency is 0-25KHz, duty ratio is 0-100%.
